This is a tool to help us constantly tweak our service to better serve you. If there ever comes a time that you feel our maid's work was just plain unsatisfactory, call the office immediately. Don't wait 3 or 4 days to tell us that we've done a bad job. It's not fair to your maid or us. Give us the opportunity to see the problem(s) and to take whatever appropriate measures are necessary to correct and insure it doesn't happen again.
